Title holder and general terms and conditions

The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”), regulate the purchase conditions of the different products offered on our web site, owned by INFORMAGE STUDIOS, S.L.U. (hereinafter “LUIFIT”), a Spanish company, with Spanish Tax ID No. (NIF) B97776744, and located at C/Rei En Jaume, 2 - 1ª 46138 Rafelbunyol (Valencia) - Spain.

Users who purchase on fully accept these terms and conditions and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting/purchase.

It will be an essential requirement to read and accept the GTC, prior to the purchase of any product through

INFORMAGE STUDIOS, S.L.U. reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without prior notice. The GTC will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can check or print them at any time.

The prices and conditions of sale are for information purposes only and may be amended according to market fluctuations. However, the placing of the order by filling in the purchase form implies conformity with the price offered and with the sale general conditions in force at that particular time.

Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be understood to be fully completed, with all the legal guarantees that protect the consumer and, from that time on, the prices and conditions will have a contractual nature and may not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. Spanish shall be the language used to formalize the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be filed and the user will have access to it in the client area.

LUIFIT reserves the right to refuse and/or suspend access to the services provided on due to breach of contractual good faith, breach of applicable legislation of these Purchase General Conditions and/or in cases of fraud detected by this company and/or any of its suppliers.



Delivery times vary between 24 and 72 hours at the customer's choice. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies meet them whenever possible. In rural areas far from urban centers it is not possible to guarantee delivery within 24 hours.

Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on each and every one of the products offered. In orders that include several items, a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.

The customer will have 5 days to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to check that everything that should be included in the products are included. After these 5 days, the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted for damage or faults with the shipment.

An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is in the next 5 days when the customer must check the products upon their receipt and raise any objections that may exist.

If the customer receives a product damaged by transport it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident to the transport company. In the same way, it is advisable to leave a record of the incident with the transport company.


For this purpose, LUIFIT informs that the Spanish Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios) (“TRLGDCU”) establishes several options to exercise the right of withdrawal. Among them is the possibility of doing so by filling in a form online. In order to shorten the time and so that you can make the return in a comfortable way and without delay, from LUIFIT we advise you to make use of this option and fill in the withdrawal form.

In accordance with current legislation, you can proceed to cancel the contract, without the need to justify the decision and without penalty of any kind, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer. To do so, the conditions set out in this document must fulfilled: withdrawal form.

The consumer shall only be liable for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods in a way different to the one needed to check their nature, characteristics or functioning.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:

-          the provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, where performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with his acknowledgement that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the trader, he will have lost his right of withdrawal;

-          the supply of goods or services the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market which the trader cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;

-          The supply of goods made basing on the consumer’s or user’s specifications or clearly personalized;

-          The supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;

-          The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery;

-          The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other goods.

-          The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed at the time of conclusion of the sales contract and which cannot be delivered within 30 days, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur's control.

-          For contracts where the consumer and user has specifically requested the trader to visit him for urgent repairs or maintenance; if, during the visit, the trader provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than spare parts necessarily used to carry out the maintenance or repair, the right of withdrawal should apply to those additional services or goods.

-          The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer software which has been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

-          The supply of daily newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.

-          Contracts concluded by means of public auctions.

-          The supply of accommodation services for purposes other than the provision of housing, transport of goods, car rental, catering or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.

-          The supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge that he/she loses his/her right of withdrawal as a result.


Once we receive the product(s), we will refund you according to the method of payment you have used:

If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account within 48 to 72 hours.

If you paid by Paypal, the refund will be credited to your Paypal account.

If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask you for an account number to credit your account. Please note that it can take up to 48 working hours before it is reflected in your bank account.

If you paid by financing, we will proceed to make a total or partial cancellation of the amount financed, depending on the case.

For all other forms of payment, we will ask you for an account number to make the payment.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.


Check our return policy.

Return conditions for private customers

All goods must be returned in their original packaging and conditions, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the article. Otherwise LUIFIT reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once the return request has been completed and sent, you will receive instructions on how to send it to us by email. You must send the goods without delay, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the time you inform us of your wish to exercise this right.

You will be responsible for the return transport costs. You are free to choose the agency that best suits your needs or offers the most competitive rates.

Once we have received the goods and checked that they are in perfect condition, we will process the refund. We will refund the payment received, including the cost of delivery, with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer.

Return of products with gifts or promotions. The complete return (complete pack or article + gift) will be obligatory in order to be able to proceed with the refund. In the case of products that include game download codes, it will be a requirement not to have downloaded them in order to proceed with the full refund. In the event that the game has been downloaded, the amount of the game will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Conditions of refunds for distributors

We will only accept returns of unsealed material in perfect condition within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Existing promotions on the website that extend the 30-day delivery period will not be applicable to distributors, who will always have a 30-day return period.

Such returns will be processed as commercial returns, as there is no law regulating return rights between companies, and such processing is regulated by LUIFIT's terms and conditions.

We will not accept returns of products in blister or heat-sealed packaging, and other products that have a broken factory security seal; for example, motherboards with unsealed cables, monitors, printers, memory cards, etc.

The above conditions do not affect the right of warranty or exchange of defective products. LUIFIT reserves the right to refuse the return in case of any anomaly detected in the returned product.



The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the product and/or handling of the product other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. In such cases, the consumer shall be responsible for repairing the product. Therefore, the following items will be excluded from the guarantee:

Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, mainly due to wear and tear and use not in accordance with LUIFIT's instructions.


Order cancellations

Orders cancellations that imply a refund to the customer and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try to ensure that the period does not exceed 7 days.
